Your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to providing high-quality food products with the freshest standards. Due to the nature of our items, we’ve outlined our Refund & Return Policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Return

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered. This is to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.

However, if you receive:

  • Wrong item(s)
  • Damaged package
  • Expired product

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is incorrect, expired, or damaged beyond use.
  • You cancel the order before it is shipped or dispatched.

If eligible, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges due to health and safety concerns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to provide a suitable solution – whether it’s a replacement item or a refund.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, and before they are processed. Once processing begins or shipping is initiated, cancellations will not be accepted.
